FLW Harris Chain of Lakes- Day 2

Today didn’t go as planned, I dropped several fish and could’ve had a better tournament. The weather has been so nice I’m going to hang around here a couple of days before heading to the next FLW in Atlanta.

FLW Harris Chain of Lakes – Day 1

Today was a 10 hour day and I caught a small limit, I might have overworked myself. I’m looking forward to a quality 8 hour day tomorrow. I have a premonition I’ll do well. I’m boat 14 and will weigh in at 3 ET.

FLW Harris Chain of Lakes Practice

I’m not feeling the best, but I have a degree of confidence. The weather has been in the low 80’s so it’s been perfect. I have a long day tomorrow since I’m boat 171 and am weighing in at 5 ET.

Good start to practice this week on the Harris Chain of lakes! 5 like this would be a good start for the 2nd @flwfishing tour stop. #teamcabelas #fishing

FLW Tour – Lake Okeechobee Day 2

I didn’t have a very eventful day, the fish that I caught weren’t good soI threw them back. I survived two hard days in the wind and I’ll slowly make my way back to Oklahoma since you can’t beat Florida in January.

FLW Tour – Lake Okeechobee Day 1

I had a bad day today only catching one fish. I’m boat 35 tomorrow and I’ll weigh in at 3:15 ET

FLW Tour – Lake Okeechobee Update

I had a health set back about three weeks ago, but I was determined to get out here. Okeechobee is a big lake with a lot of good fish and good fisherman. I have taken experiences from the past and parlayed them in okeechobee. I have confidence that I’ll make some good hook sets. Launch is at 7:30ET and I’m boat 151. I’ll weigh in at 4:45ET

The crew out getting the boat ready for the 2018 season! Watch out, I might win a couple this year!

Fishing with Chef Geno

I had the pleasure of fishing with Geno McNeely yesterday.  Geno is the head chef at Oak Tree National Golf Club.  Not only is he a gourmet chef, he can fish, hunt and cook that up too!
